What do you get at Robyn Waugh Physical Therapy?

One-on-one care

You will always be one-on-one during your session. Initial evaluations are set to 90 minutes to allow for a detailed assessment of your current condition, needs, and goals, so we can create a personalized plan that’s right for you. After your first visit follow ups are 60 minutes.

Tailored to your needs

Each session your physical therapist will take the time to tailor the appointment to your needs - whether that’s hands-on treatment, dry needling, soft tissue mobilization, targeted exercises, guidance on strength, mobility, and recovery..or a combination of the above.

Out-of-network with insurance

This model allows for longer, 1-on-1 sessions, individualized treatment plans, and the flexibility to provide the care you truly need and to focus on the activities you care about - whether that’s training for a race, getting back to pilates, or hiking Katahdin.

Real People, Real Results

  • "Started a new sport recently and ended up with some pretty bad back and ankle pain. I went to Dr. Robyn and she was great! She quickly figured out what was going on, gave me a plan that actually worked, and within a few weeks I was feeling like myself again. Super professional, easy to talk to, and knows her stuff. Highly recommend!"

  • "Dr Robyn is hands down the best physical therapist! She is extremely attentive and honest about your needs. I love how Robyn really individualizes your treatment plan and gives you her full undivided attention. Aside from PT, she is also a running coach!!!! She uses an app to communicate, view, and modify your own customized running plan. The app she uses also connects to my watch so she can view my paces automatically(and hold me accountable!!) I could go on and on about how great Dr Robyn is, but the best factor is she doesn’t just treat your body, she lifts your spirit, reminding you that recovery is possible!!!! Thank you Dr Robyn!"

    Alex Q.

  • "I came to Dr. Waugh for physical therapy and dry needling after being diagnosed with Bell’s palsy, which was such an emotional and overwhelming time in my life. From my very first visit, she made me feel completely at ease. Her warmth, compassion, and professionalism created such a safe space for me to heal, both physically and emotionally. She explained everything in a way I could understand, listened to my concerns, and tailored my care to make the process as smooth and painless as possible. Thanks to her skill and support, my recovery felt manageable and hopeful. I am truly grateful for the difference she made in my healing journey."
