Robyn Waugh, Hiking, Bold Coast, Maine

Meet Robyn

Robyn Waugh graduated from University of New England with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. She has a deep passion for helping people move, heal, and thrive in their bodies. She is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist, as well as a certified run coach through the RRCA. Her work blends clinical expertise with whole-person care, and she loves meeting people wherever they are in their journey - whether they’re recovering from injury, navigating pelvic health challenges, training for a race, or simply looking to feel better day to day.

Robyn believes that movement should feel empowering, not overwhelming. That’s why she takes a personalized, one-on-one approach to each session, combining hands-on treatment, education, and movement strategies that support your goals, your lifestyle, and your body.

Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find her running, lifting at the gym, reading a good book, or out exploring the trails and coastlines of Maine. She lives in Yarmouth with her fiancé, James, their two cats, and (hopefully soon!) a new puppy. She loves spending time in nature and believes that staying active should feel joyful and sustainable - just like the care she strives to provide.
