Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
I don’t bill insurance directly, but I’m happy to work with you if you have out-of-network benefits! By staying out-of-network, I’m able to spend more one-on-one time with you and tailor your care without the limitations that can come with insurance. Payment is due at the time of your session, and if you'd like to submit for reimbursement, I can provide all the paperwork you’ll need (see below!).
Can I come to PT even if I don’t have an injury?
Yes, definitely! You don’t need to be hurt to benefit from physical therapy. Whether you’re looking to move better, feel stronger, stay active, manage chronic discomfort, or prevent injuries before they happen—I’d love to help. Think of PT as part of your wellness plan, not just something you turn to when things go wrong.
What forms of payment do you take?
I accept credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, cash, and checks—whatever works best for you.
Can I submit to my insurance for reimbursement?
Yes! If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, you may be able to get reimbursed for your visits. I’ll provide a “superbill” (an itemized receipt) that you can submit directly to your insurance. Every plan is different, so I recommend calling your provider to ask what they cover.
